Beware of counterfeit parts

Some counterfeit and third party power adapters and batteries may not be designed properly and could result in safety issues.

To ensure you receive a genuine Apple battery during a battery replacement, we recommend visiting an Apple Storeor Apple Authorized Service Provider. If you need a replacement adapter to charge your Apple device, we recommend getting an Apple power adapter.

Our North Bay service location uses Apple optimized diagnostic systems to efficiently diagnose and fix your computer or iPhone. When parts require shipping, The repair can be done within 3-5 business days, many times sooner. However, when volume increases we may experience a delay. You will be informed of any known delays when you drop your Apple product off to us.


Data Recovery:

Hard drive failure, accidentally delete important files. We can recover your data. Logical failure can be recovered at flat rate of $249 if data is successful.

For more serious failures, we offer full clean room data recovery service. please come in for evaluation, and free no obligation quote.


Consultation:  

A new computer is a big investment. Before you go out and purchase your new Mac, make sure it is the right one for you. We offer consultation services starting at $53.10. 


Training:

Once you have your Mac, or other Apple products, we can teach you how to get the most from your Apple device. One on One training is available starting at $53.10, On Site One on One training starts at $97.35 



Onsite service

Some of our services are available in your home or office. this options may be available. for set up and configuration, Airplay printing.wired and wireless network, software repair and installation. Labour is billed hourly. Additionally labour charges will be billed for service above one hour at hourly rate. On-Site service will be subject to travel time and milage. If you're unsure of these fees, please call us for clarification.


Security:

Networking:

Need a network setup? we provide home or small / medium businesses network design, set up, and configuration, for both wired and wireless configuration.

  • Warranty Repair: No charge to customer (Apple Limited Warranty, AppleCare, AppleCare+, Quality Program)

  • Flat rate labour pricing for all out of warranty repairs (all hardware repair are billed based on part needing repair)

  • Data Migration/Transfers $115.04

  •  Logical Data Recovery $261.06

  • Clean room data recovery - free estimate, - save 10% with referral (DriveSavers)

  • Software Install, macOS upgrades $72.57

  • Minimum diagnostic fee for Mac $75.22

  • Minimum diagnostic fee for iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod, AppleTV)  $53.10

  • On-site Labour / Out of Office $97.35/hr

  • Minimum One Hour for offsite labour

AppleCare:

If your computer is less than a year old, or, if you have purchased additional AppleCare protection, your Mac is covered by Apple’s limited warranty. or AppleCare. However, this covers hardware failures only. Additionally, software issues are only covered directly with Apple, either at an Apple corporate Store or Apple phone support (1-800-MY-APPLE).

If you choose to bring in your Mac for a software issue, We can help get it running smoothly again, However, Our software service rates will apply. If you have not read the AppleCare, or AppleCare+ agreement, please note, accidental damages such as liquid spills and physical damages caused by impact are not covered by Apple’s limited warranty, or AppleCare. If your agreement includes AppleCare+, you may be eligible for coverage with service fee.


Shipping:

If you live outside of North Bay, We would love to help you with your service needs. However, you are responsible to bring your Apple device in for service and pick it up. If you choose to ship your product to us, you will be responsible for shipping costs from and to your location. Understand we do not offer shipping services. You will need to make all arrangements for delivery or drop off and pick up. Please use your preferred courier. Otherwise, you will encounter inevitable delays.

Please include inside the box: 

1 - The defective device only. Any cables, keyboard or other peripherals may not be shipped back. If the failure is related to such item, please include it in the box and specify the failure in your notes.

2 - Detailed information about the issue you're experiencing with your device. If you have knowledge of any accidental damage please inform us as omitting the information will delay the diagnostic time, and potentially causing further damage to your Apple product, costing you more money.

3 - your complete mailing address. including phone number and e-mail address. Any missing information will delay the repair process and ultimately the return of your device.


Leaving your device for service:

Because of requirements placed on us by Apple as an Authorized Service Provider we may be required to keep your computer, iPhone throughout the repair process, even if it is still in working order. Where possible, we can attempt to make concession arrangements for clients to use their machines while we wait for parts to come in. However, this is not always possible. Please understand that in order to facilitate your repair we may be obliged to keep your device. Please let us know if you have any questions about leaving your machine for service.


Case Numbers:

If you’ve called Apple (1-800-My-Apple) with a problem, which they have referred you back to us. The Apple agent probably gave you a Case Number to reference to us. A Case Number is simply a reference of your call with Apple, allowing them (not us) to look up any notes made by the agent regarding your call. A Case Number on its own does not entitle you to any service coverage outside of the standard Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare agreement.
